My First Event

Do I need to pay full subs to take part in my first event?
'No. Your 1st event costs you nothing.

Do I need to buy all my clothing to take part in my 1st event? No. We will loan you all the clothing you need to take part in your first event, free of charge.

Do I need to buy any weapons to take part?
'No. We will loan you all the weapons and armour for you to use at all events.

How do I find out about future events?
1st place to look if you are web enabled is in the future events section of this website.

Also when you inquire about joining the regiment, for a short period of time you will have access to the members section of the website. In there is a calendar of future possible and confirmed events.

Also in the members section there will be infomation pages giving details of the location of the event, the type of event, location of local shops, bank and emergancy services.

What Will I be expected to do at my first event?
Once you have been issued with clothing and weapons for your chosen role, you will then take part in a short 1 to 1 drill session with an experianced member of the regiment in whatever role you chose to take part in.

Then later with the rest of the regiment you will take part in a short company drill. As a rule, the regiment will drill together before each event to ensure everyone knows who they are standing next to during the event and to give the new members some experiance of the company working together without the interuptions from "enemy fire" ;-)
